Price list

Please review the buyer- and seller fees associated with buying through Bukowskis Market. The currency in which fees are paid is decided by where an item has been accepted for selling. All amounts are including VAT, if not otherwise stated. Objects that have been received in Sweden are valued, sold and paid for in Swedish Crowns (SEK). All additional fees are in Swedish Crowns (SEK). Objects that have been received in Finland are valued, sold and paid for in Euro (€). All additional fees are in Euro (€).

Seller and buyer commissions

The seller is charged a sales commission of 15 % on the hammer price.

The buyer is charged a commission of 22,5 % on the hammer price and a hammer fee of 5€/50SEK.

Droit de Suite / Resale right

In accordance with the Copyright Act (Sweden 1960:729, Finland 1961:404) and the EU Directive 2001/84/EG, an additional fee for the resale right in connection with resale of works of art and applied art will be charged. In cases where Bukowskis Market is under law bound to pay a third party this fee, Bukowskis Market reserves the right to charge the buyer the amount of the resale right. The fee is based on the hammer price and is at highest 5 % of the selling value. In Finland 9 % VAT is added to the fee. From the January 1st 2013 is VAT 10 % for this fee in Finland. Insurance fee

Bukowskis Market insures received items against damage associated with burglary, fire or water damage, as well as theft up to a value corresponding to the estimate minus sales charges or hammer price minus sales charges. Bukowskis Market is not responsible for minor damage that can occur to items when on display or during handling, e.g. damage to frames and picture glass, natural changes in material such as cracks in wood etc. Bukowskis Market charges the seller an insurance fee of 1.25% on the hammer price.

Other additional fees

If the Principal choses to withdraw from the sales assignment before the item has been published, a fee of 50€/500SEK is collected as compensation to Bukowskis Market.

The storage fee is 5€/50SEK per item per day and is charged only for items that have not been collected within the time stated in our terms.

Photo-fee is 150SEK/15€. At least one (1) picture is always included. Bukowskis Market will assess if more pictures shall be included.

When using a credit card as payment a surcharge of 1.55% (2.25% for Diners Club) on the total amount on the invoice is added for items bought in Sweden.
